My names Clare, and Im an 18 year old girl, which makes me feel a bit old *eek*. I like taking photos, but I havent been doing it very long. I also love Japanese anime and manga, Vocaloid songs and Touhou games, and the boy in my avatar is Raki from Claymore who Im in love with *squee*! And my screen name is from an awesome character called Teresa of the Faint Smile from the same anime and manga.
My cropped galleries are where you will find the most consistently high quality of photographs, although there are good photos in my other galleries too.
If you look at the photographs in my favourites gallery, theyre mostly a mixture of landscape photography, nature and wildlife photography, including macro photography, and photos of ruined and abandoned places, including both historical and more recently abandoned sites.

I love nature and I use DA for uploading the pictures which Ive taken outside. I started it so my friend Dragonaruto could see what an English woodland looks like because he lives in KSA.
I like anime and manga but I cant draw very well lol. The name faintsmile1992 refers to the awesome character Teresa of the Faint Smile from out of Claymore.
